Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

What has most likely happened is that you're running the New Desktop experience client, in which the Dislike button for the Release radar playlist has been removed.

You can head over to this Feedback thread and leave your feedback on how you feel about this. This way your comment will get straight to our developer team, who are looking to improve the app in future updates.

You should still be able to Hide songs and Block artists through the Mobile app.
