"Liked Songs" library / Liking songs not working

My Question or Issue

Liking songs doesn't save them to the "Liked Songs" library, they reset themself on refreshing the tab, the library/podcasts/albums tab doesn't work either.

I tried every possible solution (re-intsall, hosts file, clean re-install, logging in with a different profile/facebook etc...) nothing works. 

But logging into a different Windows Profile and using spotify there works. Doesn't solve the issue tho.
