Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

Could you please send us a bit more details about your issue? Is this happening while you're trying to play some of your Local files? Or does it occur with songs that are uploaded to Spotify? 

If it's happening with Spotify uploaded songs, could you send us a URI to the unplayable content and, in case that's not possible as well, could you send us a screenshot? In the meantime, it's a good idea to check this article.

On another note, we'd like to know how you're connecting your devices, for example Connect, Bluetooth, etc.?
