"This song is not available." On PC app not mobile app.

Howdy,

There are a few songs under the artist "Pretty Lights" which exhibit the following problem.  The songs appear present in the artist library and can be played on my mobile device, although these songs cannot be played on my PC.  I receive the following error when attempting to play them on my PC: "The song is not available."

Is this a problem with the song's settings as imported from the artist/record label? Should I contact the artist/record label to resolve this?

Hey @TGleditsch

Sometimes there may be in-program errors doing this as well, so I recommend doing a reinstall:

Uninstall Spotify through Control Panel.

Go to %appdata% and make sure there are no Spotify folders left in there (Local and Roaming, also elsewhere). If you do find something, delete it.

Restart the machine and then install Spotify again.
