I'm on Windows 10. I get the above message when I try to play Jesca Hoop - The Lost Sky from the Memories are Now album. I've looked up the issue here and the only fix people seem to find that works involves doing something on your smartphone, but I don't own a smartphone anymore. Other fixes like deleting the local cache and disabling hardware acceleration do not work.
