small Desktop Notification / Overlay what song is played & change song

I changed to spotify a while ago and a few days ago I startet using the desktop app for windows as well

I am used to multitask a lot so I have various tabs and apps open at the same time and switch between those permanently

and simultaneously listen to music

what annoys me is that i cant keep track of what song is played without interrupting my working flow/Game by switching to the Spotify app

back at my MacBook with iTunes i received a little notification in the upper right corner what song starts to play now and a chance to skip that song within the notification feature itself

I would love to have such a little notification or a permanent overlay option for spotify as well because usually I want to switch songs or see the song that is played right now without switching to the spotify app

since thats very annoying and not always an option
