songs not playing after 5 secs

My Question or Issue

so when i try to play a song after 5 seconds or so it just stops playing and i get a error saying Cant play the current song. ive reintstalled and used the microsoft store version

It does work on my laptop and phone on my account

I'm having the same issue. I tried to reinstall both Windows 10 app from the Microsoft Store and the Windows Installer.

I've been having the same issue as of recently.

The Desktop program has (almost) always worked normally, until now. And reinstalling doesn't solve the issue in any way...

How can anyone assume it is a USER's device problem?

Phone App (Android) has been holding on so far, and I can barely use my Web Player since it appears in Arabic (wrong language, fyi)... for some reason...

But back to the original issue: is there an ACTUAL solution here? IMO, this app seems to be going very downhill...
