spotify does not play Music on PC (win 10)

My Question or Issue

If i want to play a song , it just keeps Skipping trough all Songs of the Artist - without playing it . Just keeps skipping till the end.

Already tried reinstall and Relog. No success so far.
Im just having this issue on my PC , but not on my Android Smartphone.

yeah im getting the same thing with the message "spotify can't play this right now. if you have the file on your computer you cna import it". app works fine for iphone, but windows desktop isn't working 😞

Same problem here, it's driving me nuts !!

I can't play local nor online files. I've tried everything, clearing the cache, reinstall, ...
