spotify keeps crashing midsong??

My Question or Issue

i have reinstalled spotify 3 times and the issue is still present, it usually plays 1 full song then the next one gets cut midway i tried doing every single thing i heard of in the forums and this still happens. 

and an unrelated issue of mine is that Spotify keeps turning into the windows app version instead of the desktop version that i want how do i fix this if possible??

Just to confirm, do you still experience this after a thorough reinstall of the Spotify app? Asking since what I'm suggesting is more effective than a "simple" reinstall.
