suddenly 2 ps4s on my devices list??

Today when I started playing music on spotify I noticed 2 playstation 4s available under devices named "PS4-233" and "PS4-392". I have never used a ps4 in my life. I am using facebook to login on my spotify and have 2 step verification on my facebook page. I doubt my facebook has been hacked.

So what is going on spotify?

and btw I already tried doing the "Log out all devices" in settings, they are still there.
