My Question or Issue

my suggested artists have not updated in about a week. can i get that stated again? thanks for the help

"It's a good idea to open an incognito window and try again contacting our team here. Keep in mind that you've to log in to your account before contacting our support team. Then they can help you further via chat."

As I told you,  in the link you guys provide, I do not see an option to chat (which I showed in my screen shots).

I am instead connected to an email, which no one responds to. I **am** logged in when I click that link and  look for any chat feature.

 

So PLEASE understand: NONE of you have linked me to a chat, as far as I can see.

What am I missing?
Can I be linked to a chat?

I don't have twitter , but I guess I will make one, and contact those guys and see if they can help...

Thanks for your reply. 

 

The option to start a chat conversation may not be always available as there might be a high demand of contacts. However, you should still be able to contact our Support team by clicking on the option Send email in the screenshot you sent previously. 

 

Keep in mind that this is the correct way to reach out via email instead of copying the email address. Take into account that it might take some time for them to reply.

When is a good time to check in, because i have not once been able to see a chat option where you link me to.

Does it not work when you copy the email address and plug into mail.com?

 

Because I have never once used the email system that the link connects to. I'd have to figure that system out and that is kinda a hassle.

I have not heard back from anyone since emailing them from my mail.com account.

Can you ....ask a customer support person to DM me? I just feel like this goes in circles, otherwise.

I'd like to add, I started another account, but the same problems start.

There is, as of now, no favorite artists, suggested artists, recommended for you, mixes for you, or made for you features.

And the new account is about a month old, so I don't think this is because its new.

Also, the mixes for you, recommended for today, suggested artists, and made for you were there previously.

If you're still not getting a reply then your email provider might be misidentifying Spotify mails as Spam and automatically filtering them. It might be worth updating your account's email address to another provider (you can do that on your account page here), and then trying to contact customer support again.

 

As for your new account - it may take some time to build music recommendations. Just make sure you aren't listening in a Private Session as it prevents your listening activity from influencing your recommended music.

 

Try changing your account's email address to see if that does the trick. Let us know how it goes.
