when playing spotify on my amplifier (onkyo TX-8130), it pauses

when playing spotify on my amplifier (onkyo TX-8130), it pauses

 

Country: The Netherlands

Spotify Premium

 

Device: Onkyo TX-8130

Suddenly, spotify doesn't play anymore on my Onkyo TX-8130 amplifier. On the display, it showes the song that is played (as on my other devices), but there is no sound. The time indicator doesn't run eihter, eventhough on my other devices it does run. It doesn''t react to the remote, the play-button on the amplifier, or the Onkyo remote app. Any one has an idea? I tried everything

Hey folks,

 

This issue may to be connected to your Onkyo devices and their network settings.
In this case, we'd suggest the following:

  1. Open the device network settings
  2. Turn DHCP off and put a static IP with a new DNS: 64.225.68.86

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunatelly, it didn't work. After I put in the DNS, it said: "server connection could not be established"

It suddenly started working normal again. Don't know what happened.....
