Artist commune and collab?

Hey Everyone!  I noticed this forum is super underutilized and I wanted to see who was down to connect, follow each other as artists, and offer mutual support (I think this is allowed, right?)

I'm Upper Reality!  I've been releasing music for a long time but I'm feeling like a newbie in this transition to community and world building!  Anybody else here?

Yeah, building communities is difficult. I started making music again on April 2023 after almost a 15 years hiatus and specially the first months I found so hard connecting. A book enlightened me about this and related subjects about retro-engineering the creative process: "How Music Works" by David Byrne

It didn't use to be.  When clubbing was a thing that was how most of us built our connections.  Post Covid and people not buying albums it is now relegated to discord and forums.
