Hey everyone!

After the successful third edition, the Community Music Chat Team is pleased to welcome upcoming artists for submitting their new releases to the Fourth Edition of Artists Wanted: Share Your Talent With The Community.

Note - You can find here the winner of the third edition.

How does it work?

• On a regular basis, we (the Community Music Chat Team) will post a thread (like this one) looking for submissions, so keep an eye out!
• Artists participating have to be members of the Community and have a Spotify artist account.
• Artists are welcome to post their original songs and intros in a comment below (only one comment per band/artist please).
• Note: If an artist has already participated in a previous edition of this project, they can submit again only with a new release of theirs.

The Community Music Chat Team will go through all submissions, and propose a few for the entire Community to vote on. Once the results are in, we'll contact the winner, and they will be featured in our Community blog! 

When will submissions and voting occur?

Artists submissions: from April 18 to May 1 (Midnight Pacific Time)

Community vote: from May 9 to May 15 (Midnight Pacific Time)

We'll hand it over to you, artists on the Spotify Community - post your answers to our questions in a comment below. Don't be shy, we'll be very glad to hear your tracks and read your replies!

Note - We ask artists to submit only original songs and not covers. Also, artists should not post/embed videos, as we'd like to keep the ground fair for smaller artists with lesser budgets.

P.S. When it comes to choosing the winning artist, we'll give equal chance to the finalists to gather votes from the forum's users; so don't get discouraged if you enter your submission at a later point and don't gather too many likes in this thread.

Who are your musical inspirations: ambient music artist 
Kubek is a Polish producer who currently lives and creates his music in Krakow. His adventure with production began over a decade ago. He is one of the few Polish artists who reaches for genres such as future garage or ambient in his works. At the beginning of 2021, he released a remastered album that includes songs that he has released over the past years. The name of the album is "Last Night Shift" and we can hear the variety of genres in which the artist moves.

2021 will bring one more release, EP called "tell me about those strange days" with ambient music.

“Inside a Stone,” could be described as a unique mash between electro pop with some dubstep influences, especially in the way the beats hit hard! Who are your musical inspirations: ARTEKK has a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influences and inspiration in his life to genres such as Rave 90‘s, Hip Hop, Punk, Jazz, HardTekk and D&B. In the 90’s he was drummer and also played guitar in 2 Punk Bands. This all culminates in ARTEKK producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, easy going and fun music and infused with positive energy to allow for an immersive experience that brings feelings of elation and happiness.

Somewhere in between the energy of electronic music and the melodic elements of modern breakbeat, there lies a distinctive sonic formula that stands out as the backbone of ARTEKK’s sound. But this is not a political song; it's ultimately about how we see ourselves as individuals in society. "What do we want to be?" There's a pretty good video on YouTube as well. If you dig the song, you might want to check it. The four singers are pretty powerful (I'm not one of them!) and have careers of their own.
