Entire listening history

I really enjoy some of the suggestions that follow on when you finish an album but sometimes I can't find those songs after the fact. Is there a way to download/see my entire listening history so I can find some of those different songs?

You can find it under: Profile > Account > Privacy settings > Download your data

It's not the complete history though. To get access to your "extended" history you need to send a formal request to Spotify support.

I have downloaded the spotify data, extended playllist too but after downloading the file it is not accessible. 

Please someone hep me what to do ?
