Actually when I click for subscription to Premium am in a loop where it says"Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.". So it's not possible at all to subscribe to anything from Québec  

How can I suscribe to a Premium subscription if I am in Québec even if I can't have the 3 frees months because of the local legislation ?

I got same problem in Quebec, I guess they should remove free months for us, them i’m pretty sure will be aloud to suscrip pretium
