Song Being Added to Hundreds of playlists but hardly any saves

One of my recent songs is getting a good amount of streams, it’s also being added to a lot of personal playlists apparently. I can’t check what playlists they are in because they aren’t showing up because multiple people haven’t streamed their playlists. I’m hardly getting any actual saves though, so I can’t tell if these are real people saving the song or not. Any ideas?

Are you promoting your song, right? 

If you're paying for coverage, ask those companies/persons how this promotion has been made and explain to them your situation.

Yes there are promotions I am doing but multiple different ones and some of the ones I have done before have worked but this time idk why the song hardly got saved compared to playlists
