Sort Won't Work

Firstly, this page https://community.spotify.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/discovery_and_promo wouldn't open until the support account was verified but didn't give any indication that was the issue, the page was just stuck refreshing every second or so.

The issue I'm having is that one of my issues is unsortable on PC. I have many playlists that I usually sort by artist, clicking the "Title" button until it is sorted by artists. For a single on of my playlists (made by me) that button does not work. Super weird.
