Sometimes, you may see an error message that pops up when trying to load certain menus or searches within Spotify. The error message sometimes says something like: "
[Feature] is not available when Spotify is offline".

It's also worth checking if any other devices are affected when logged in to that account. If it's happening on all the devices you try there and then, it's most likely to be connection-based.
