Why can't I log in while abroad?




If you receive a message in the app that you can't use Spotify because you've been abroad for 14 days, you'll need to subscribe. Using Spotify abroad for more than 14 days is a Premium-only feature. 


Alternatively, you can follow these steps to change the country location on your profile:


  1. Go to your profile editing page here.
  2. Change your Country to the country you are currently in.
  3. Scroll down and press Save Profile.
