30 second tracks - again - still not resolved!!

30 second tracks - again - still not resolved!!

This is the third time I have had this problem and keeps happening. Why? 

 

I have a set of albums which are only giving me a 30 second preview. I am on a premium account. 

 

I use Spotify in two places - my phone and my PC. I don't have Spotify anywhere else. 

 

Here's some tracks affected:

This is SO annoying. I have unistalled, cleaned my PC and then reinstalled. Same issue. Removed from phone, reinstalled. Same issue.

 

Can someone tell me why this keeps happening?

@bluejonny, would you be so kind of answering me some questions?

 

1. Exact Device  (e.g. MacBook Air)

2. Exact operating system  (e.g. 10.10 OSX)

3. Spotify app version installed (1.0.2)

4. Are you receiving any Error messages at all?

So I am on a PC using Windows 7, SP1, 8GB RAM.

 

Spotify version: 1.0.7.157.g2a6526f9

 

No error messages.

Any news here? I cannot understand why this keeps happening? Is it time to move to a new streaming service that actually takes these things seriously?

I asked this question a few months back didn't get a response.

So I asked this question on 27th June. Still no response from Spotify. Pretty poor show. As a paying customer I was expecting a better level of support, but alas it seems Spotify are treating their customers with disdain. You do realise there are now other streaming services out there, so I would imagine keeping market share and retaining customers is high on the Spotify mission statement. Obviously not if this is the way customers get treated. 

 

Time to take to Twitter and Facebook.
