Can someone please look into my account. I paid for a familt account last month and have just noticed that it has turned back to a free account.

 

Not a happy customer here.

I recommend contacting Spotify Cares on Facebook, they answered me in within a few days my case was solved, they just asked for my email, case number and date of birth as well as country of residence for security purposes, then they applied a month of premium for the £10 I had paid

Same. any update on how to fix this?

I payed for my subscription for premium on the 22th of april and its free. Its free on the website, and the client. I dont know what I did wrong. 

 - I live in the USA

 - I have AT&T for an ISP

 - Did you dropped to free on the account overview, or just in the Spotify client? Yes.

Did not receive any warning , my receipt account says my premium account expires on May 19 ! But now i have Free account !

I have never logged on NOT using Facebook, but all your support on this issue seems to be geared to people who joined before the magical date of Sep 22, 2011... Why won't you help people who joined after that...

I've tried contacting support, but just get automated responses that don't help...
