Account got downgraded, the page to check payment information doesn't work

Account got downgraded, the page to check payment information doesn't work

Okay so I have 2 problems:

1: my premium account was downgraded to free. I checked with my bank and there should not be any problem with the card associated to my account.

2: when I want to check / change my payment information, I cannot access the page. The URL (https://www.spotify.com/be-nl/account/subscription/change-payment/) simply redirects to this marketing page: https://www.spotify.com/be-nl/#premium

Hi Chr1stophe,

 

I have checked your Spotify account and have removed your payment details.  This tends to help with issues like the one that you are seeing.  Could you please try restarting the subscription?
