Account hacked

My account has been hacked.. I can loggin using facebook but not using my e-mail. And why? Because the hacker changed the email address on my account. How can this be solved? I have all the information about credit card and emails with receipts.. now the hacker even deleted my playlists!!!

How can I solve this?

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you use the same login details on any other websites, I would suggest taking the precaution of changing your passwords.
