Account is disabled and no reply yet ??

I made a new account just to post this message but my account was disabled for no reason what so ever it still has 600+ days of premuim that I already redeemed I send an email to the payment team and still no reply yet its been more than a day I just want to know why it was disabled and what should I do to get it back its absured that an account is gone just like that with no email at least to show why it was blocked this is really poor support from Spotify

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form.

I did get the automatic reply and I did reply to it and still no reply from Spotify 😞 

its been three days can someone help me get a respons faster please ?
