Solved!

Android app not recognizing that I have premium

I have checked my subscription status which has a tick next to spotify premium telling me my subscription will expire at the end of the month (when as always it will presumably charge me and roll over).

However in the spotify app on android, it is not recognising that I have a premium subscription. At the bottom of the menu it asks me to subscribe, when I click that it just takes me to the status page telling me I have premium so there's nothing I can do from there.

Can you please advise on this problem?

Thanks

Forgot to add that this problem just randomly started occurring today. It had been working previously on my phone for months with no problems. I do not believe I upgraded or anything. I have attempted logging in and out, and uninstalling and reinstalling but neither of those have fixed it.

Have just caught up on all the other threads on this page. Sorry for creating this separate thread. I will monitor progress on the other threads.
