Apply the student discount to existing account

I have a premium subscription and I'm a college student so I'm trying to get the student discount but I've tried to follow the steps that are listed on the site but all it does is take me to my account settings and I can't access the student discount from there, I've already tried. How do I get the student discount?

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
