Being Charged without receiving Premium

Hello,

 

I purchased the less expensive 3 month trial plan back in March and never received Premium so I figured my payment never went through.

Actually I've been charged since my trial was up and still have never received premium. Now when I go to try and cancel my subscription the option is not there; I can only purchase a premium membership. I'd like my money back because this is theft or at least get the option to cancel this "premium" service.

Hi caelansynder. What it sounds like is you may have a duplicate account. I would recommend getting in touch with support. Theyļl run your through some troubleshooting questions and try to get this worked out. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.
