Bought premium and cannot use it

Hello, I just this morning bought spotify premium with my student discount and went to download my playlists on my phone, but it still said I was a free user. I thought this odd as I had just purchased it so I checked the account that the reciept said on the web overview of spotify and it said it was a premium account and the renew details etc.

 

Things I have tried:

 

Reinstalling App

Trying it on laptop

Trying It on web player

Logging out an back in again.

Submitted ticket to spotify support (#02978397)

 

Any help would be greatly apreciated

My problem has now been solved.

Spotify refreshed my subscription their end and all is well.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

 

Have you replied to the automated email? if not, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks you for the reply but yes I have already replied to the email, but unfortunatley there still has been no response,

Spotify usually responds within 24-48 hours.

I have just checked and still no response

Hi, I am also having the same problem.  3 payments are on showing on my credit card, account settings list me as a Premium user, however i still can only use spotify as a free user...  HELP please!

My problem has now been solved.

Spotify refreshed my subscription their end and all is well.
