Can I get a refund?

 I bought a Spotify subscription months ago through PayPal and my PayPal balance was low, so I got an email a few days ago saying there was an issue renewing the subscription. I assumed it was canceled having tried to charge a few times already.

So I put more money in my account and today I got an email saying I was charged $10.82 for a Premium Subscription. I canceled my subscription right after I got that email and sent in a contact form asking for a refund.

Is it possible to be refunded?

Did you follow these steps on how to cancel your subscription? Also, we automatically send a confirmation e-mail once a subscription has been cancelled. Have you checked your inbox or spam filters if you received one?
