Can't Purchase Gift Card

I'm trying to purchase a gift card for 6 months, but I keep getting an error that states:

Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

But, I know there's nothing wrong with my card. I used it after to purchase something on Amazon.

I've tried this both from my phone and from my laptop with the same error. 😐

Edited to add: I've also tried different cards with no success.

Hi anissacox. Since you're having payment issues I would recommend getting in touch with support through this form. Please note that you will most likely receive an automated email back from support directing you to the forums or the FAQ page; just ignore that, and reply back directly to that email (even if it comes from a no-reply address), and support should help sort your issue out as soon as they can.
