Can't cancel Spotify, they are stealing money from me every month.

Hi,

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my Spotify Premium over the last 3 months, all to no success, and Spotify continues to take £9.99 from my Paypal account every month. 

When I attempt to cancel, there is either an error at the end of the cancellation process, not allowing me to finalize the cancellation, or it says my cancellation has been a success, but I find that I still have premium subscription, and I am charged £9.99 once again on the next bill.

I have sent messages to customer service but no received no reply. 

Any assistance in finding out how to actually cancel my account, and how to get a refund on the money that has been taken without my permission from my Paypal account, would be appreciated.
