Can't change country or postal code?

I'm abroad for a month and I'm trying to change my location so I can continue to use spotify, but when I go to edit profile, the only available options are to change my name, gender, or date of birth. Everywhere I have looked has said that this is where I should be making the change, but there isn't even a spot for it. Any ideas on what to do? I attached the picture of all the options I can see.

I did check that thread before and it doesn't help at all but thank you for trying! I don't even have the option to change my country available and I guess it's not changing automatically with my IP address?

I did that too and they sent me links to the FAQ page and said if that didn't help I should post on here lol
