Can't connect to standalone player, but can to website?

Can't connect to standalone player, but can to website?

My standalone player will not login using Facebook, but I go to Spotify.com and can hit login, hit the Facebook button and it does there.

 

What's the issue?

 

Additionally, I have tried to go to my account and reset my password by having an email sent to my account.  It never completes though.  Says that it can't connect.  It's a gmail.com account.

 

What is going on?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
