Can't log in my spotify account

I have a premium spotify account and I try to log in using my facebook account but spotify won't let me log in. It says that the password and username is incorrect but I'm trying to log in using my facebook account not the "username and password" way because that's not how i signed up for spotify. I tried multiple times and still no change. I even tried making a new account but it says that my email already exists, which i know it does. PLEASE HELP??!!

i'm having a similar issue, except i don't log in with FB. I can log in on a computer with my password, but not my phone.

@Maximapple i still have my facebook account. I also tried deleting and redownloading spotify and also restarting my phone. Idk what to do next. @Stacylynn39 I'll try on the computer but i really need it on my phone.

I'm having the same problem. I updated my credit card info and after that, I can't log on anymore. I've reset my password twice, ininstalled and reinstalled and tried it from desktop, iphone and ipad. I'm using a user name, not a facebook account. Nothing works. None of the FAQs or posts on the community boards have provided a solution.

Unfortunately mine was user error...I was using my email address instead of
just the user name. I don't remember signing up with anything other than
the email address so it didnt dawn on me until the 50th or so try.
