Can't unsubscribe from emails

I receive so many emails from Spotify. Every time I click on "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the email, but I still get emails. I decided to log in today to see what was going on, and my email settings said that I was still subscribed to everything! I unsubscribed there and am hoping this issue is finally resolved.

Obviously this is not acceptable. A quick web search shows that many people have had this issue with Spotify. Can you confirm that you're resolving the issue for everyone, or do I have to contact the ICO?
