Canceled subscription still charged me!

Canceled subscription still charged me!

I cancelled by subscription last month, so i wasnt to be billed this month.  Once again on the 23rd I got billed.
I pressed the cancel button. It still isnt removing premium from my account.

 

I no longer use spotify and it is charging me for a service I do not use.

I want the subscription cancelling and my money for this month refunded.
