Canceled subscription still charged

I recently had a Spotify trial that I ended up not even using and canceling a few days later.

I still was charged for it and my bank suggested I come here before I go through canceling my card.

Honestly I'm seeing this problem all over the web and it's starting to seem like some intentional shady business tactics. I need this canceled, refunded, and not charged again; I never even used the service and canceled the trial in a few days.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
