Cancelled Premium subscription, but still being charged

Cancelled Premium subscription, but still being charged

My premium subscription was going to be renewed on the 28th.  However, I cancelled it in my account on the 27th and have the email to prove it.  Despite this, my credit card was charged 9.99 to renew my subscription on the 28th!  How do I contact Spotify to get a refund?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
