Cannot change my country

I am living in the U.S and the country is denoted as UK. Every time I try and change it it throughs an error and will not let me. First the error is wrong country, then worng password and it goes in circles with no avail.

Just want to check that this is what you're doing.........go to the account page, then manage subscriptions and payment where you can change your country and add a new US credit card.

At what stage does it go wrong?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to help you get that changed over 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
