Cannot change payment card

Cannot change payment card

Hi,

 

I am trying to change the payment card associated with my account, however under 'Subscription' section in my account when I click on the 'Update details' button under my current payment card I get an 'Oh no! Something has gone wrong' page.

 

I thought a workaround might be to cancel by subscription and then re-subscribe... but I've been through the cancellation flow 5 times now and my current payment card still appears under the 'Subscription' section of my account, and is still set to auto-renew!

 

Please help!
