Cannot update credit card details - spinning wheel

Cannot find an email or number to get assistance with updating my credit card details.

I go through the process as required but all I get is a spinning wheel on the update page.  Have tried multiple times now and cannot see where to get assistance!!!!!!

So frustrated at having to spend so much time on such a simple thing.  

New expiry date means my subscription will expire and I cannot do anything about it it seems.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
