Changed email and password

Changed email and password

My spotify account has had the email changed and password.  Consequently I cannot change the password.  The post code is different too.

 

I can only login to my account through facebook.  I have sent several requests on the contact form over the past few weeks but nothing has been acknowledged.  Considering that I pay for premium this is disgraceful.

 

How can I get a speedy resolution to this?
