Being charged twice every month for the same account how is this possible? How do i do to get the refund it's more then 15months we're talking

This may be because you have two accounts set up but the customer services team should be able to sort it out if you send them the online contact form. You'll possibly get an automated reply to which you should reply, even though it says not to.
