Charged for less than 2 hours on FREE TRIAL

 I am really angry to find out I was charged 9.99 pounds after having clicked on the spotify prenium free trial thatt I cancelled less than 2 hours after subscribing having changed my mind. How can I be charge for a) something I cancelled so quicly, and b) This was a free-trial. 

 Not impressed at all. This is just really stealling!
