I have a charged account that I created on Spotify using Facebook a while ago. I recently (6 months ago) deleted my Facebook account.
Now I can't log onto Spotify anymore because I have a Facebook login but Spotify still charges me.
I sent Spotify 5 contact messages with a new account I created aside to get to the form: no answer for 6 months. Still charging though...
Is there a way I can make Spotify stop charging me on an account I can't use anymore ? Or am I doomed to pay forever ?

Thank you for taking time to look into my case.
Here is the whole history of the messages I sent to the support :
Spotify Case #00897504 => 02/09/2013
Spotify Case #00785301 => 03/07/2013
Spotify Case #00732449 => 03/06/2013
Spotify Case #00680602 => 04/05/2013
Spotify Case # 00626197 => 05/04/2013
Spotify Case # 00605749 => 25/03/2013
The latest is therefore case #00897504. They all are written in French (my mother tongue).
Send me a private message if you want a translation.
To sum up, I sent 6 messages in 8 months and I got 0 "real" answers but "We will crack asap on your request bla bla bla". Busy support people you have there...
And of course, I'd like to be refunded ! I believe it is only fair...

Hey @Zaziffic - I've made sure case #00897504 is with our French speakers. I've also added a comment to check this thread out. They'll be able to get things sorted out.
