Device Password - No email received

Hello, I'm new to Spotify and trying to use the app on my PS3. I signed up for Spotify Premium using my Facebook account and cannot log in to the PS3 app with this information. I requested a device password from my account settings multiple times over the past 3 days. Each time the website refreshes and says an email has been sent. While I have received multiple emails from spotify (receipt of premium and newsletter), I have not received my device password. I have checked my spam/junk folders and ensure I had no filters that were sorting this anywhere outside of my inbox.  My PS3 users a wired connection so I am not able to utilize the Spotify Connect option. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
