Just by accident I found out that I'm being billed for my only spotify account twice every month. According to my bank statements this is going on for 8 months now.
Could someone from the billing team please contact me asap and correct this?

I am curious as to why a company of this magnitude does not provide a live representative for assistance but instead relies on other customers “community” to solve problems. If I purchase clothing from any provider and find flaws in material do I consult with other customers “community” who would then agree that the material is flawed or do I speak with a representative who can remedy the problem.
Question! With whom did the very first “Spotify” customer speak with to answer any questions or concerns since a “community” did or may not have existed yet.
All I desire is simple answers by paid professionals that would save me time experimenting with someone’s opinions that might work.
