Error renewing subscription with the Student discount

I was on Premium for 3 months for 99 cents.  It just expired and when I try to update my subscription to Premium with the Student discount it just takes me [to attached picture].  The other help suggestions tell me there should be more information here to update payment options but there isn't.  Help me please.

I'm actually having the same exact problem. I've contacted them several time, no response back and i've already been charged $9.99 for 2 months. I am LIVID now. they need to fix this problem.
