Any time I try to link my Spotify and Facebook accounts, they refuse to connect. (At most, I can login to Facebook through the desktop application for Spotify, but on mobile I can't even do that.)

Could you try through another browser? You could try deleting cookies and clearing the cache of your browser as well.
